When compared to a long-straight chain terminal alkyne, a long chain terminal alkyne with a distal isopropyl unit (isobranched) isomerizes about two times faster when treated with strong base under identical conditions, and appears to follow pseudo first order kinetics. In both cases, equilibration to a 95–97:5–3 mixture of terminal:internal alkyne accompanies isomerization. The difference in rate may be due to an unusual folding of both long-chain alkynes, bringing the distal substituent close to the carbon-carbon-triple bond moiety. The distal isopropyl moiety may provide unanticipated steric hindrance that disrupts such folding, making the propargylic proton more available for reaction with base.  相似文献

This study presents an easy and cost-effective flow-based cloud point extraction (CPE) method for determining partial amounts of two organophosphorus pesticides (phosalone and ethion) in seawater by HPLC–UV–Vis. In continues CPE methodology, the effect of the different column packing type such as carbon nanotube, polyacrylonitrile nanofiber and fiberglass on pesticide extraction was investigated. The Triton X-100 was utilized as nonionic surfactant, and moreover, effect of different parameters such as pH, temperature, extraction time, surfactant concentration, type and volume of the eluent solution on the extraction efficiency was optimized. Under optimum conditions, the figures of merit of the method for phosalone and ethion were obtained as: the enrichment factor (172 and 166), line range (0.8–300 and 0.5–300 µg L?1, R 2 = 0.9973 and 0.9982), relative standard deviation in concentration of 200 µg L?1 (%RSD = %5.4 and %7.99, N = 5) and limit of detection (LOD = 0.24 and 0.14 µg L?1). The suggested method was successfully used for determination of phosalone and ethion in Chabahar Bay seawaters with satisfactory results.  相似文献

In this study, for the first time, an organic solvent-free air-assisted liquid–liquid microextraction method has been reported for the extraction and preconcentration of phthalic acids (o-phthalic acid, m-phthalic acid, and p-phthalic acid) from edible oil samples. The method is based on the repeated aspirating/injection of an alkaline aqueous solution and the oil sample mixture in a conical bottom centrifuge tube to form a cloudy solution. After phase separation by centrifuging, the sedimented phase is directly analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography–diode array detection. Under the optimum extraction conditions, the method showed low limits of detection and quantification between 0.11–0.29 and 0.28–0.91 ng mL?1, respectively. Extraction recoveries and enrichment factors were from 81 to 97% and 406 to 489, respectively. The relative standard deviations for the analysis of 5 ng mL?1 of each analyte were less than 5.9% for intraday (n = 6) and interday (n = 5) precisions. Finally, different oil samples were successfully analyzed using the proposed method and m-phthalic acid, and p-phthalic acid were determined in some of them at ng mL?1 level.  相似文献

In this paper, Sturmian comparison theory is developed for the pair of second‐order differential equations; first of which is the nonlinear differential equations of the form (1) and the second is the half‐linear differential equations (2) where Φα (s ) = |s |α  ? 1s and α 1 > ? > α m  > β  > α m  + 1 > ? > α n  > 0. Under the assumption that the solution of  2 has two consecutive zeros, we obtain Sturm–Picone type and Leighton type comparison theorems for  1 by employing the new nonlinear version of Picone formula that we derive. Wirtinger type inequalities and several oscillation criteria are also attained for  1 . Examples are given to illustrate the relevance of the results. In the present paper, we construct a new sequence of Bernstein‐Kantorovich operators depending on a parameter α. The uniform convergence of the operators and rate of convergence in local and global sense in terms of first‐ and second‐order modulus of continuity are studied. Some graphs and numerical results presenting the advantages of our construction are obtained. The last section is devoted to bivariate generalization of Bernstein‐Kantorovich operators and their approximation behaviors.  相似文献

Let \(M\subset {\mathbb {C}}^N\) and \(M'\subset {\mathbb {C}}^{N'}\) be real-analytic CR submanifolds, with M minimal. We provide a new sufficient condition, that happens to be also essentially necessary, for all sufficiently smooth CR maps \(h:U\rightarrow M'\) defined on a connected open subset of M and of rank larger than a prescribed integer r to be real-analytic on a dense open subset of U. This condition corresponds to the nonexistence of nontrivial holomorphic deformations of germs of real-analytic CR mappings whose rank is larger than r. As a consequence, we obtain several new results about analyticity of CR mappings that, at the same time, generalize and unify a number of previous existing ones.  相似文献

Given a set of commodities to be routed over a network, the network design problem with relays involves selecting a route for each commodity and determining the location of relays where the commodities must be reprocessed at certain distance intervals. We propose a hybrid approach based on variable neighborhood search. The variable neighborhood algorithm searches for the route for each commodity and the optimal relay locations for a given set of routes are determined by an implicit enumeration algorithm. We show that dynamic programming can be used to determine the optimal relay locations for a single commodity. Dynamic programming is embedded into the implicit enumeration algorithm to solve the relay location problem optimally for multiple commodities. The special structure of the problem is leveraged for computational efficiency. In the variable neighborhood search algorithm, the routes of the current solution are perturbed and reconstructed to generate neighbor solutions using random and greedy construction heuristics. Computational experiments on three sets of problems (80 instances) show that the variable neighborhood search algorithm with optimal relay allocations outperforms all existing algorithms in the literature.  相似文献

A novel synthesis of thiazolo[2,3-b]quinazolines 4(a–e), pyrido[2′,3′:4,5]thiazolo[2,3-b]quinazolines {5(a–e), 6(a–e), and 7(a–e)}, pyrano[2′,3′:4,5]thiazolo[2,3-b]quinazolines 8(a–e), and benzo[4,5]thiazolo[2,3-b]quinazoloine9(a–e) derivatives starting from 2-(Bis-methylsulfanyl-methylene)-5,5-dimethyl-cyclohexane-1,3-dione 2 as efficient α,α dioxoketen dithioacetal is reported and the synthetic approaches of these types of compounds will provide an innovative molecular framework to the designing of new active heterocyclic compounds. In our study, we also present optimization of the synthetic method along with a biological evaluation of these newly synthesized compounds as antioxidants and antibacterial agents against the bacterial strains, like S. aureus, E. coli, and P. aeruginosa. Among all the evaluated compounds, it was found that some showed significant antioxidant activity at 10 μg/mL while the others exhibited better antibacterial activity at 100 μg/mL. The results of this study showed that compound 6(c) possessed remarkable antibacterial activity, whereas compound 9(c) exhibited the highest efficacy as an antioxidant. The structures of the new synthetic compounds were elucidated by elemental analysis, IR, 1H-NMR, and 13C-NMR.  相似文献

The Friedel–Crafts reaction between substituted indoles as nucleophiles with chalcones-based benzofuran and benzothiophene scaffolds was carried out by employing a highly efficient bimetallic iron–palladium catalyst system. This catalytic approach produced the desired bis-heteroaryl products with low catalyst loading, a simple procedure, and with acceptable yield. All synthesized indole scaffolds 3a–3s were initially evaluated for their cytotoxic effect against human fibroblast BJ cell lines and appeared to be non-cytotoxic. All non-cytotoxic compounds 3a–3s were then evaluated for their anticancer activities against cervical cancer HeLa, prostate cancer PC3, and breast cancer MCF-7 cell lines, in comparison to standard drug doxorubicin, with IC50 values 1.9 ± 0.4 µM, 0.9 ± 0.14 µM and 0.79 ± 0.05 µM, respectively, and appeared to be moderate to weak anticancer agents. Fluoro-substituted chalcone moiety-containing compounds, 3b appeared to be the most active member of the series against cervical HeLa (IC50 = 8.2 ± 0.2 µM) and breast MCF-7 cancer cell line (IC50 = 12.3 ± 0.04 µM), whereas 6-fluroindol-4-bromophenyl chalcone-containing compound 3e (IC50 = 7.8 ± 0.4 µM) appeared to be more active against PC3 prostate cancer cell line.  相似文献
